Table Reservation Policy
There are 2 options for reserving a table:
Option 1: Select a "Table of Ten" option for ticket purchase. Note: you will be sent a registration form from Registrar Doug Lowe for names, titles, menu selection for your table. You must submit this additional registration form back to Doug Lowe at dougmarcylowe@aol.com to finalize your table reservation.
Or;
Option 2: Have your club register 10 members and we will reserve you a table.
Reserved tables will be given preferred placement central and nearer the head tables and speaker's podium.
Cancellation Policy
Online registration for the 2019 Foundation Gala will close at midnight CST on January 27, 2019.
To cancel a reservation prior to January 28, 2019, send an email message to District Registrar Doug Lowe at dougmarcylowe@aol.com and include your reservation confirmation number. You paid online by credit card, and you will receive a refund in the amount you paid.
For cancellations after January 27, 2019, call Doug Lowe at (940) 368-8611 or send email to dougmarcylowe@aol.com and include the reservation confirmation number. There will be no refund. Paid registrations are not transferrable to anyone else. Cancellations due to medical emergencies will be considered.
