To reserve "Project Fair Table Space" at the event, you must fill out reservation form and pay online.
Refund policy:
Onnline registration for the Multi-District Reunion will close at midnight CST on Oct 31, 2017. To cancel a reservation prior to Oct 31, 2017, send an email message to District Registrar Doug Lowe at and include your reservation confirmation number. You paid online by credit card, and you will receive a refund in the amount you paid less a $10.00 administration fee.

For cancellations after Nov 1, 2017, call Doug Lowe at (940) 368-8611 or send email to and include the reservation confirmation number. There will be no refund. Paid registrations are not transferrable to anyone else. Cancellations due to emergencies excepted.
