Chili on Election Day: Voting and Rotary Fundraiser Go Hand in Hand

When you go out to vote on Election Day, plan to indulge in a hot “cup of red,” when the Annual Corsicana Rotary Club Chili Fest will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Cook Education Center at Navarro College on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 8.

Tickets are $8 each and includes: chili, all the fixings, plus drink and dessert. Tickets will be available at the door or from any Wednesday Rotary Club member. The club will also be making deliveries if you have 10 or more orders.

The money from the chili fundraiser is used to support Food for Fitness, Students of the Month from Corsicana High School, scholarships, sending students to RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) and The Salvation Army.
