District 5870 to be Represented at Youth & Young Adult Peace Conference

I am very happy to report that Ms Tara Boggaram, a student at the University of Texas has been selected and accepted as our representative to the Peace Conference. Tara is a delightful young woman that enthusiastically embraces this opportunity. Would like to acknowledge and specifically thank Ms Bryn Cain, Rotary World Peace Fellow for recommending Tara, and Rotarian Laraine Lasdon (RC of Austin) for ensuring the applications were completed and submitted to the selection committee in Tel Aviv. Would also like to thank The Rotary Club of Austin for being the sponsor, and Erin Garica and Judy Duer of the Youth Exchange Committee for their efforts in pulling this all together.
