The Texas Heritage Festival, to be held in conjunction with the first Army Marathon, is set for April 19-20 at the Bell County Expo Center, Belton, Texas. Vendors and entertainment reflecting the rich cultures of Texas will show off their wares and talent, to include polka bands, mariachi music, African American praise dance, Asian Pacific musical groups and the First Cavalry Division Band. The Army Marathon will be held Sunday, April 21, starting in Killeen and finishing in Temple. There will be something that appeals to all age groups. Admission is free. All proceeds will benefit local and international Rotary projects.
