The Rotary Club of Harker Heights Dodgeball Challenge is a tournament in which each registered team will play a total of 5 games within their division, with the top finishers moving on to the playoffs. Each side fields 8 players on a court with 8 high-speed foam-core dodgeballs. (Unlike the old-fashioned kickball-like balls, these won’t blow you out of your shoes when you get hit… they are actually not too bad… but you can still put a lot of zip on them!) The games last 3 minutes or until one side is eliminated.
Sound like fun? It is. It is a BLAST!
Last year, the vast majority of games were OVER around the two-minute mark! If you think you can dodge, this is the place to find out.
The Dodgeball Challenge will be held at HARKER HEIGHTS HIGH SCHOOL on Saturday, OCTOBER 1ST from Noon to 5 pm.
REGISTRATION FOR THE TOURNAMENT CLOSES ON SEPTEMBER 1ST.
