Rotary Youth Leadership Awards is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where young people can develop leadership skills while having fun and making connections.

YOUNG LEADER CONTACT 
Rotary clubs should assign a Young Leaders Contact for your club (ie. Youth Services Chair). Selecting a Young Leader Contact for your club and assigning in ClubRunner will help ensure all Youth related activities for the district, including RYLA communications reach the right person.

February 2027	RYLA Campers Selected
March 15, 2027	RYLA Club Sponsorship DUE
April 15, 2027	RYLA Camper Registration DUE
May 2027	Contact Campers Twice with Confirmation, Information, and Updates
June 2027	Contact Campers Weekly with Transport Information/Confirm Attendance
June 27, 2027	First Day of Camp: Drop Campers Off Between 9am - 11am
July 2, 2027	Last Day of Camp: Pick-Up Campers by 1pm

RYLA Alumni - ​Let's keep the RYLA excitement going. 
Find ways to stay connected with your fellow RYLA Alumni and Rotarians. 
Share your RYLA experience. 

• Interact Clubs - Join a Club or start one.  Find out how serious leadership can be seriously fun for ages 12-18

• Rotaract Clubs - Join a Club or start one.  Exchange ideas with leaders in the community. Develop leadership and professional skills. Have fun through service for ages 18+

• Rotary Youth Exchange - Exchanges for students ages 15-19 are sponsored by Rotary clubs in more than 100 countries.

• Rotary Community Corps - Non-Rotarians who share our commitment to changing the world through service projects.

• Friendship Exchange - Experience different cultures and build international friendships

• Young Leaders in Action newsletter - Stay informed with advice, event updates, and motivational stories that keep you connected to Rotary's global youth leadership community.

RYLA SERVICE PROJECT​​​
Rise Against Hunger was the RYLA 2026 Service Project.  Together we packaged 14,256 meals, nearly 2 pallets going to people in Honduras. Hear a special message from founder Ray Buchanan.
