March through April, the Austin Cosmopolitan Rotary Club held its Clean Out Your Closet Campaign collecting gently used handbags, totes, duffel bags, and shoes to benefit survivors of domestic violence, foster care youth, and microbusiness. Benefiting organizations included: Handbags for Hope, Partnerships for Children, and Funds2Org.
Thanks to the hard work of club members, and district clubs Rotary Club of Austin and Northwest Austin Rotary Club 160 shoes were donated along with trunk loads of duffel bags and shoes!
