Killen Heights Rotary Club recently hosted Barbie Day with a focus on creating a delightful experience for our valued Rotarians and special guests. The event coincided with the release of the Barbie movie and provided an excellent opportunity for fostering connections with potential future Rotarians.
We asked that club members bring their children with them and we were pleased to welcome over 50 Rotarians and guests, making it a truly memorable gathering.
The day commenced with a pink-inspired breakfast, setting a pleasant ambiance for the rest of the festivities. The club asked that everyone wear pink to honor the day and we did not disappoint! We extend our gratitude to all participants who contributed to the event's success. As our theme for this year centers on engagement, Barbie Day served as a promising start to a series of upcoming enjoyable events.
