Bernie Satterwhite, a Rotarian of nearly 25 years, has served with distinction at both the club and district levels, including club presidencies in Bellaire/Southwest Houston and Flatonia, and roles as Assistant Governor and Roll of Fame Chair. A Rotary Foundation Major Donor and Paul Harris Society member, he has championed youth exchange, global grant projects, and community service initiatives, embodying Rotary’s motto of Service Above Self. With a 25-year career as a U.S. Navy officer and aviator followed by leadership roles in United Way and as City Manager of Bellaire, Bernie brings a lifetime of service, fellowship, and goodwill to Rotary, alongside his wife Patricia, three children, and four grandchildren.
