Today was a fun day for Rotarians because they got to make the students at Pecan Springs -Austin smile when they got to pick out a “clever” book during Books for Me and write their name in it. That’s when they realized they never had to return their book to school- it truly belonged to them once they wrote their name in it.
This is a very rewarding project for Rotary because they get to help the kids find just the right book and they know these kids don’t have books at home to read. Reading is so important in these formative years. Thanks Rotary!
