- Every three years, Rotarians meet at the Council on Legislation to review and vote on proposed changes to the legislation that governs Rotary. Our District representative for the July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2023 Council on Resolutions will be our current DRFC/PDG Jerry Chapman, serving a second term. RRFC/PDG Rich Kaye will serve as the alternate.
