At a recent meeting, the Rotary Club of Georgetown recognized Rotarian Carl Alaniz for his exceptional dedication to the club's Human Trafficking Awareness (HTA) Mobile Unit. While many members and community partners have benefited from the mobile unit over the years, Carl has been the driving force behind its operation. He serves as the primary driver, oversees maintenance, coordinates logistics, and is often the person ensuring the unit is ready whenever and wherever it is needed.
His willingness to quietly handle the countless details behind the scenes has made the mobile unit a valuable resource for our club and community. Carl's service exemplifies Rotary's ideal of Service Above Self. The Rotary Club of Georgetown is proud to recognize Carl for his commitment and countless hours of volunteer service.
