The Rotary Club of Georgetown is proud to celebrate two of our own who were recently honored by the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce for their exceptional commitment to the community.

Past President Cat Phelps was named Citizen of the Year, a recognition reserved for individuals whose leadership, generosity, and sustained service have made a lasting impact across Georgetown. Cat’s dedication to improving lives, building partnerships, and strengthening our community reflects the very best of Rotary in action.
Past President Brad Curlee received the honor of Volunteer of the Year, recognizing the countless hours he gives in service to others. Brad exemplifies the spirit of volunteerism, consistently stepping forward wherever help is needed and doing so with humility, heart, and unwavering reliability.

These recognitions highlight what we in Rotary already know: when Rotarians lead, communities thrive. We are incredibly proud of Cat and Brad and grateful for the example they set for all of us.

Congratulations to both on these well-deserved honors!
