Rotary Connections Abroad
One of the most meaningful aspects of the Global Grant Scholar experience is the connection to Rotary clubs around the world. During a recent visit to London, Ellison and Fay Crider of the Rotary Club of Marble Falls had the opportunity to spend time with Taylor, strengthening the bond between scholar and sponsor. Taylor proudly shared her city, offering a glimpse into her studies, daily life abroad, and the ways Rotary continues to support and connect her across borders.
These personal connections reflect the heart of Rotary’s mission. Through mentorship, fellowship, and shared service values, Rotary clubs help scholars like Taylor feel supported while building lasting international relationships.
This is Rotary at work, turning generosity into global change.
Your Annual Fund – SHARE Dollars at Work
Taylor’s opportunity to study, learn, and prepare for a career in peacebuilding exists because of Rotarians like you. A portion of contributions made to The Rotary Foundation Annual Fund – SHARE during the 2022–23 is available to support Global Grant Scholars. These collective gifts were invested, returned to districts, and transformed into opportunities that extend Rotary’s reach far beyond local communities.
