The Rotary Club of Georgetown, TX is proud to present our 8th Annual Field Of Honor November 9 - 17. Join us in San Gabriel Park in Georgetown to help us honor our Veterans.
We will kick things off on Saturday, November 9 with a Peace Walk at 8:00am and the O.P. Veteran Vetfest. The OFFICIAL opening ceremony will be held on Sunday November 10, beginning at 1:30pm. The opening ceremony will include flyovers by Devil Dog and Falcon Flight. Our Veterans Day Ceremony will be held on Monday November 11, at 11:00am.
We will have 2,000 flags across 10 acres with a special exhibit "Remembering Our Fallen". We have a flag retirement ceremony scheduled each evening, weather permitting. If you have a special hero in your life, consider purchasing a flag to fly in their honor.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available throughout the week collecting toys for Blue Santa.
