The Rotary E-Club of Central Texas presented Rotarian Madea Badio with an International Service Award. She was the facilitator for a global grant in Liberia.
The grant funded an oxygen regeneration plant that supplies oxygen tanks for hospitals in Liberia. Madea keeps the club up to date on the benefits of this project. This global grant has saved many lives. Madea is a very active member of the club.
