A big Thank You to all the Rotarians of 5870. You all came out to support the Foundation is full force. Your DG and Foundation team have had the great honor of awarding many Paul Harris pins across the district including above at the North by Northeast Club this past week.
We have seen great numbers of Rotarians who took advantage of the Limited Time Offer and the Jerry Johnson Trust.
Your Foundation team has also been busy helping clubs finish getting qualified and getting your DAP checks in the mail. It has been great to see all these funds being used in our 5870 communities through a range of projects.
Additionally, our Committee met to hear about your global grant projects. The Committee awarded funds for four Global Grant projects including a large scale water project in Panama from the Austin Club to provide thousands of people in eleven different communities in eastern Panama with clean water.
