PFC Jared Guzman and his wife Jomayra and baby Celine had a fun, free R&R in Austin this weekend thanks to the Holiday Inn North Central and the Killeen Rotary and the Rotary Club of Austin. The Killeen club arranged a rent car from Killeen Toyota and gave them gas money.
The Rotary Club of Austin gave them a back pack full of clothes, toys, snacks, drinks, fast food gift cards and passes to Austin Parks. Luckily Austin has great weather so they could get out and explore Austin, a place they had never been. This is a project Rotary started twenty years ago to thank one of our Army military families from Killeen every month to show our appreciation for their service to our country. Way to go Rotary.
