In accordance with District 5870 Resolution #2, Section #2, the attached proposed changes to Resolution #5, Section #5 and Resolution #5, Section 8, and a proposed new Resolution #14 have been forwarded to the clubs for review and discussion. These proposals will be voted on at the annual business meeting to be held at the District Conference in San Antonio. This year’s business meeting is scheduled to begin at 2 pm on the afternoon of Saturday, May 5, 2018.
