\Rotary E Club of Central Texas, led by Juanita and Juan Lira, have created two peace gardens in Nuevo Laredo at two schools this month to give a sense of dignity and peace to the student body as well as a beautiful natural oasis to give a peaceful place to visit. This was provided with our club DAP Funds.
