Shiner Rotary participate in National Night Out on the 3rd of October.
National Night Out was created to build community ties, where neighbors can get to know each other better as well as the law enforcement officers who serve the community. Shiner Rotary participated by handing out water as well as bracelets and flyers bringing awareness to suicide prevention.
