District 5870 went to deliver diapers and formula to young mothers, most teens in Cozumel. Some had traveled from the countryside and outskirts of the city to receive these items. They were in need.
One sweet young girl, about the age of 14, had twin boys, 4-6 months old. She was with her mother, who proceeded to tell me, in Spanish, that one son was completely blind, and the other was cross eyed. They had traveled far to receive one package of diapers and one container of formula. They were very thankful to Rotary for these blessings. I'm ready to go back to provide more!!!!
