On Friday, May 22, 8 volunteers from the Rotary Club of Austin-Southwest met at the Central Texas Food Bank to sort frozen foods to go to Distribution Centers.

Throughout the month of May, members of the Austin Cosmopolitan Rotary Club have been hard at work making face masks for the beneficiaries of the Hill Country Ride for Aids, donating blood, and writing letters for the residents/staff at Deer Creek Manor in Wimberly.
During these days, there are folks who are really in need of food. Please help us gather nonperishable food and get it to the people who need it. Check your own pantries and see if you can share, ask your neighbors, co-workers, HOA, neighborhood, friends, and relatives and let’s get food to hungry people!
Lakeway/Lake Travis Rotary rolled out their First Responder/Community Support Program starting with the Lakeway and Bee Cave Police Departments. Every Wednesday they will purchase meals for First Responders from a local business.
Together we serve! Together we Fight Hunger! On May 20, 2020, Rotary Club of Pflugerville members partnered with the Circle of Hope Community Center and Central Texas Food Bank to help distribute food to people in need at the Circle of Hope Mobile Food Pantry.
EAFK is very proud of five of our elementary schools that have still been teaching character and created virtual knighting ceremonies for their kids during this sheltering at home learning. The teachers shared their ceremonies with their staff and kids. Incredible jobs!
