Clubs Pack Bags for the Homeless
Temple and Temple South Rotary clubs packed 60 hygiene bags for the homeless during multi-club official DG visit this month.

Family Eldercare Summer Fan Drive
We are proud to support one of Roger Beasley Mazda's community events - the Family Eldercare Fan Drive. We raised $500 and collected 10 fans. Thank you to those who donated, Keith McComb and Brenda Osbon for delivering the fans, Steve Gibson at Roger Beasley Mazda and Virginia Larsen of Family Eldercare.

Community First Village Support
 
The Rotary Club of Austin was thrilled to present Mobile Loaves and Fishes a check for $33,645 this week! These funds were donated by our club members in a multi-year campaign to sponsor a tiny home at Community First! Village. Senior Relationship Officer, Sarah Lenoir, and Annual Giving Coordinator, Courtney Cash, attended our club meeting to say thank you to our membership.

New Table Tennis Opens at Mertz Tennis Center
The City of Corsicana has added another athletic an entertainment to city parks, with the opening of a new-state-of-the-art table tennis facility at the Mertz Tennis Center. The project was underwritten by the Corsicana Rotary Club and their partner, Oncor, which funded $9,367 to create the concrete slab and provide a professional outdoor ping-pong table, 20 table tennis paddles and 200 balls.
74th Annual Marble Falls Fish Fry & Raffle
Marble Falls Rotary invites you to join them at the 74th Annual Community Fish Fry & Raffle on Saturday, September 30th at 5PM at the Lakeside Pavilion, 307 Buena Vista Dr. in Marble Falls! Tickets are Adults $15, Child $10 and $50 per raffle tickets.

Caldwell Rotarians Have Summer Fun
The Rotary Club of Caldwell, Texas enjoyed some time hanging out with the children at Boys and Girls Club. Rotarians helped with serving lunch to the kids and even provided lunch to the staff. Afterwards, games and good times were had by both the “campers”of the Boys and Girls program as well as the Rotary club members. In addition, the Rotary Club donated $1000 to the summer program that serves local youth.

Parking With A Heart:  Support Great Charities
If you are a UT Football fan, you can go to the game AND help out with great charities.  The Rotary Club of Austin University Area has 4 parking lots available just 3 blocks north of DKR Stadium near E. Dean Keeton St and Medical Arts Parkway.  Lots open 3 hours before game time.  All proceeds from parking go to the charities we support. Cost $25 to $35 depending upon the lot.
