What if you could become more effective in the work you do for your club — and better understand how that work can strengthen the club as a whole?
Join Rotarians from across District 5870 for a day of practical learning, fresh ideas and connection built around three areas that can help every club thrive: Membership, The Rotary Foundation and Public Image.
During the day, you'll choose one learning track — Membership & Member Engagement, Foundation: Opportunities, Resources & Impact, or Public Image: Club Public Identity & Reputation. These aren't overviews or basic learning sessions. Each track is designed to dig deeper, with practical information, meaningful conversation and fresh ideas to help you become more effective in the work you're already doing.
Learning Tracks
Membership & Member Engagement
Get the practical tools and ideas you need to strengthen membership in your club — from attracting new members and creating a better member experience to increasing participation — while helping members find connection, purpose and reasons to stay.
The Rotary Foundation & Impact
Get the practical knowledge and tools you need to lead Foundation efforts in your club — from Annual Fund-SHARE, grants and PolioPlus to giving and recognition — while learning how to connect members to the impact and stories their contributions make possible, building greater understanding, participation and buy-in.
Public Image & Reputation
Get the practical tools and ideas you need to strengthen your club's public image — from telling your story and increasing visibility to building your club's public identity — while helping your community better understand who you are, what you do and the difference you're making.
Who Should Attend?
You don't have to be a Membership, Foundation or Public Image Chair.
Club presidents, board members, committee chairs, service and project leaders who want to become more effective in the work they do and help build a stronger club will find something here.
You'll leave with practical ideas you can put to work, new connections with Rotarians across District 5870, and a clearer understanding of how your work contributes to a stronger club.
It's about building one stronger club.
