District Assistance Program (DAP)
(Local Humanitarian Projects)

DAP grants are to be used for simple project completed within the Rotary year (by 4/30). The grant amount allocated to your club is based on your club’s Annual Fund SHARE giving 3 years ago. 
DAP grant applications for the 2018-19 Rotary year are due by August 31, 2018. Your club president and foundation chair have received a copy of the application form. Completed applications should be emailed to Beverly Luedke, our District DAP Grant Coordinator, at

All Club grant projects should be completed no later than April 30, 2019 and your Final Report is due to Beverly, no later than June 15, 2019.

Failure meet the final report deadline will seriously jeopardize District 5870’s standing to request future district grant funding, and may result in the District being disqualified to receive any further TRF funding. Therefore, timely reporting and good stewardship of previous grants will be a consideration in determining a club’s future grant award.
