Sun City Rotary President Elect, Ted Berriman, came up with a brilliant idea for a new Service Project. Since the citizens in Sun City and Georgetown are blessed with such outstanding Fire/EMS and Police departments and we are indebted to them for our health, safety, and well-being, let’s show our appreciation in a major way.
So, Sun City Georgetown Rotary’s new Service Project was launched: Honoring and Thanking Georgetown’s First Responder at a major annual event.
Georgetown Fire Chief John Sullivan and Georgetown Police Chief Cory Tchida strongly and enthusiastically endorse this initiative.
