Is your club planning impactful DAP Grant or CTE Scholarship grant projects for the year ahead? Don’t let missed deadlines stand in the way of receiving funding for your club’s good work. Now’s the time to ensure your club is fully qualified to sponsor a District 5870 DAP Grant or Career & Technical Education (CTE) Scholarship Grant in the 2025–26 Rotary year.
Clubs must meet all eligibility requirements and deadlines to receive funding. While funds will likely be available in August, they will only be distributed to clubs that are fully qualified. Please carefully review the qualification criteria and key deadlines below.
DAP Grant Qualification Requirements
🔹 Submit MOU – Due Now
🔹 Club IRS Form 990 (for tax year ending June 30, 2024) – Due Now
🔹 Rotary International & District 5870 Dues Paid – Due July 31
🔹 No Outstanding Grant Reports • Final reports for 2024–25 DAP Grants and CTE Scholarships are due June 15 • Receipts must be submitted with the report • Failure to submit will disqualify your club from receiving 2025–26 grant funds
🔹 DAP Grant Application – Due August 31 Club President-elects will receive the application packet via email on or around June 15
🔹 Check Your Club’s Qualification Status 👉 2025–26 Club Qualification Status (to date)

⚠️ Important Note Regarding Dues (#3 Above)
● District Dues are emailed to Club Presidents and Treasurers.
● Rotary International Dues are emailed to Presidents, Treasurers, and Secretaries.
Your club must ensure that My Rotary has correct officer roles and valid email addresses to receive these communications.
🧭 Don’t Forget: Report Your 2025–26 Club Foundation Chair If your club hasn’t yet reported your 2025–26 Club Foundation Chair to Rotary International, please do so immediately. You may also reply to this email with their name, and I’ll update it for you.
