Members of the Killeen Heights Rotary Club recently came together for another hands-on service project, installing trellises in the local community garden to help support growing plants and improve the garden space for the community.

Working side by side, Rotarians assembled and placed the trellises to provide structure for climbing plants and vegetables, helping ensure a healthier and more productive garden throughout the growing season. The project reflects the club’s continued commitment to strengthening the community through practical service projects that make a lasting impact.

Community gardens not only provide fresh produce and beautify neighborhoods, but they also create opportunities for education, connection, and fellowship among residents. By contributing their time and effort, club members are helping cultivate a space that can be enjoyed by many for years to come.

The project is another example of Rotary’s “People of Action” spirit in motion, demonstrating how small acts of service can help communities grow and thrive.
