Members of the South Austin Rotary Club recently joined fellow Rotarians and volunteers in a service project with the Rise Against Hunger organization to help address food insecurity around the world.
Working alongside the Rotary Club of Austin, volunteers formed assembly lines to measure, seal, and pack nutritious meal kits. The effort is part of the Rotary Club of Austin’s 11th annual partnership with Rise Against Hunger, a global nonprofit dedicated to ending hunger through nutrition, education, and community-driven volunteer programs.

Together, Rotarians, friends, and community volunteers successfully packaged 23,000 meals that will be distributed to families in need across the globe. Projects like this reflect Rotary’s ongoing commitment to service and making a meaningful impact in communities both locally and worldwide. 🌍
