The 2024 Rotary District 5870 Central Texas Conference of Clubs will held at the Courtyard by Marriott in Killeen, 1721 E Central Texas Expy, Killeen, TX 76541 on May 3-5, 2024. The theme is a Salute to Service. Cost is $175 for all 3 days and includes all meals.
Tentative Agenda
Friday, May 3rd - Registration opens at 3PM. No-host welcome social (food provided, cash bar) at the National Mounted Warrior Museum (NMWM) on Fort Cavazos. Bus transportation to/from the Fort Cavazos. Buses load at 5:30PM. Access to the two hospitality suites at the hotel are included.
Saturday, May 4th - Breakfast Buffet and a boxed lunch at the hotel. After lunch there is a tour of the Horse Cav Detachment Stable. Dinner back at the hotel. Access to the two hospitality suites at the hotel are included.
Saturday Evening Dress: Cocktail Attire
Sunday, May 5th - Continental breakfast buffet. Non-denominational church service, Celebration of Life and Roll of Fame presentation.
