Welcome New Rotarians - February
Celebrating Women in Rotary — All March Long

March is a time to recognize and celebrate the strength, leadership, and impact of women around the world. This year, we’re inviting Rotarian women across our District (and beyond!) to join us in a month-long celebration highlighting the incredible women who serve and lead in Rotary.

Rather than limiting the celebration to March 8, we are turning International Women’s Day into a movement that lasts the entire month.

CTES PROCESS - Read the D5870 Handbook! Partner with your High School(s) Counselor in communicating with the students and setting the dates for your process. Have a sign up sheet to gain information i.e. email and phone number. (Optional) Between October and February, hold a Scholarship Workshop at the high school.

Georgetown Rotarians Honored by Chamber!
The Rotary Club of Georgetown is proud to celebrate two of our own who were recently honored by the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce for their exceptional commitment to the community.

Temple Packs 200 Homeless Hygiene Kits
Two dozen Temple Rotary members worked together to pack 200 homeless hygiene kits to be distributed by the Temple Police Department and a pair of local non-profits.
Rotary Club of Austin-Southwest Partners with El Buen Samaritano
One of the longest running service projects of the Rotary Club of Austin Southwest is supporting and working at the free food pantry at El Buen Samaritano, an Episcopal mission in South Austin.

Cultivating Service and Hope at the Killeen Food Care Center
Members of the Killeen Heights Rotary Club are rolling up their sleeves and digging into service—literally. Each month, on the second Wednesday, Rotarians gather at the Killeen Food Care Center to tend the community garden, helping prepare it for the upcoming spring planting season.

Georgetown Completes Fifth Ramp Build of the Year in Bartlett
The Rotary Club of Georgetown completed its fifth ramp build of the Rotary year on Saturday, constructing a 30-foot accessibility ramp for a grateful homeowner in Bartlett, Texas.
 
In partnership with the Texas Ramp Project, Rotarians gathered early and worked efficiently to ensure the homeowner would have safe and reliable access to her home. The build not only improved mobility and independence for the recipient, but also demonstrated Rotary’s ongoing commitment to hands-on service across the region.

God's Family Dinner - Our Weekly Service to a Soup Kitchen
Every week, multiple Texas Rotaract volunteers head to a soup kitchen near UT campus to serve food to those in our community. Primarily, we serve the homeless community and we have been going for two years and have made so many wonderful connections, memories, and impacts on the patrons.

Bastrop Rotary Women Leaders
The Bastrop County Club was chartered in July 1990, by Beverley Saunders Reed, who presided as the Charter President for the 1990-1991 Rotary year. Reed began working as soon as rotary recognized women as fully accredited Rotarians in 1989. Within less than a year, Reed’s efforts resulted in the successful charter of the new Club.

Belton Rotary Club Rockin' Rotary

 Casino Night 2026!
Rockdale Rotary Club's only fundraiser each year is Casino Night, which was held on Saturday, February 7 at our local KC Hall. This was the 12th annual event and much of the money raised goes toward $20,000 in scholarships for seniors of South Milam County.

Lake Brazos Rotary Announces its 5th Annual "Together by the Brazos" Fundraiser
The Lake Brazos Rotary Club is excited to announce its 5th Annual "Together by the Brazos" fundraising event, a premier evening of fine dining and community support scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Diamondback's in Waco, Texas.
 
Doors open at 6 p.m. for a cocktail hour featuring appetizers, with the first course of a sommelier-prepared three-course wine dinner served at 7 p.m. Tickets are priced at $180 each, offering guests an elegant experience that includes live music by Pat McKee, a silent auction, and a raffle.
