March is a time to recognize and celebrate the strength, leadership, and impact of women around the world. This year, we’re inviting Rotarian women across our District (and beyond!) to join us in a month-long celebration highlighting the incredible women who serve and lead in Rotary.
Rather than limiting the celebration to March 8, we are turning International Women’s Day into a movement that lasts the entire month.

The Rotary Club of Georgetown completed its fifth ramp build of the Rotary year on Saturday, constructing a 30-foot accessibility ramp for a grateful homeowner in Bartlett, Texas.
In partnership with the Texas Ramp Project, Rotarians gathered early and worked efficiently to ensure the homeowner would have safe and reliable access to her home. The build not only improved mobility and independence for the recipient, but also demonstrated Rotary’s ongoing commitment to hands-on service across the region.
Every week, multiple Texas Rotaract volunteers head to a soup kitchen near UT campus to serve food to those in our community. Primarily, we serve the homeless community and we have been going for two years and have made so many wonderful connections, memories, and impacts on the patrons.
The Bastrop County Club was chartered in July 1990, by Beverley Saunders Reed, who presided as the Charter President for the 1990-1991 Rotary year. Reed began working as soon as rotary recognized women as fully accredited Rotarians in 1989. Within less than a year, Reed’s efforts resulted in the successful charter of the new Club.

Rockdale Rotary Club's only fundraiser each year is Casino Night, which was held on Saturday, February 7 at our local KC Hall. This was the 12th annual event and much of the money raised goes toward $20,000 in scholarships for seniors of South Milam County.
The Lake Brazos Rotary Club is excited to announce its 5th Annual "Together by the Brazos" fundraising event, a premier evening of fine dining and community support scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Diamondback's in Waco, Texas.
