Members of the South Austin and Austin Southwest communities came together in a spirited collaboration, uniting their efforts in a service project aimed at revitalizing their meeting space at D.K. Maria's Tex-Mex. Their combined dedication and hard work transformed the venue, infusing it with a renewed sense of vibrancy and charm, ensuring it remains a welcoming and inspiring place for future gatherings.
The Rotary Club of Georgetown joined Carver Elementary School students and teachers on Monday, May 20, to dedicate a Peace Garden designed by them for their campus. Carver is the most recent among seven GISD schools to dedicate a peace garden. 
The Shiner Rotary assisted the Texas Ramp Project organization in building a ramp for a local family. This is the second ramp that the club has been involved in constructing. It was a hot morning but all had a great time working together for a great cause.
