Members of the Rotary Club of Georgetown recently joined students at Gateway College Prep to dedicate the school’s new Rotary Peace Garden—marking the 16th peace garden established by the club in local schools.

Rotarians Tom, Christie, Danny, Barbara, JoAnn, Brian, and Joe participated in the ceremony alongside members of Gateway’s Interact Club, who helped bring the project to life. The Peace Garden initiative is designed to create a space on campus that encourages reflection, respect, and dialogue—values that align closely with Rotary’s commitment to peacebuilding.
Join the Belton Rotary Club for the annual Rockin’ Rotary event—a night of high-octane live rock music, great food, and community spirit at Schoepf’s BBQ. Featuring Scratch 3 and Back In Black, this family-friendly concert fundraiser brings the energy of the 80s and 90s rock music to downtown Belton.
